A single-zone system can suit an addition, bonus room, finished attic, basement, or home office. We look at the space and its heating and cooling needs before recommending a wall, floor, or ceiling-cassette unit. We’ll also discuss where the outdoor unit and refrigerant lines can go.

An indoor unit can serve a room that needs heating or cooling of its own, such as an addition or finished attic. We’ll assess the space before recommending the equipment.
A single-zone mini-split lets you adjust that space separately from the home’s existing heating and cooling. That can be useful when a room is used at different times or stays warmer or cooler than the rest of the house.
We consider insulation, windows, layout, and the room’s heating and cooling load. Those details guide the equipment size.

They can be an option for an addition, bonus room, finished attic or basement, home office, sunroom, or garage. We assess the space and how you use it before recommending a system.
Cold-climate models are designed to provide heating in low outdoor temperatures. We check the heating needs of the space when selecting the equipment.
The schedule depends on equipment placement, electrical work, and the route for the lines. We’ll discuss the expected time during the estimate.
