We’re also part of the NYS Clean Heat Program, which helps our clients access valuable rebates. Many of our customers have received up to 50% back in rebates, making energy-efficient heating and cooling more affordable.

Federal tax credits: The Inflation Reduction Act (IRA) offers a 30% tax credit on the cost of installing an air source mini split heat pump, up to $2,000. The equipment must be ENERGY STAR certified and meet certain efficiency requirements.
Utility company rebates: Utility companies offer rebates to encourage homeowners to switch to energy-efficient appliances like mini splits. Rebates can be in the form of cash, discounts on energy bills, or mail-in rebates.
Clean Heat Program (NYS): The New York State Clean Heat Program provides incentives for homeowners to install energy-efficient heat pumps, including mini splits. These incentives can help offset the cost of installation and promote the use of cleaner heating and cooling technologies.

Wall-mounted: The most popular type of mini-split, compact and efficient, suitable for most spaces, with a variety of styles available.
Floor-mounted: Installed near the bottom of a wall, ideal for areas with limited wall space, similar to wall-mounted systems.
Ceiling-mounted: Also known as ceiling cassettes, installed directly in the ceiling for uniform cooling, with only the discharge vent visible.
Cassette: Common in commercial applications, integrated into the ceiling to provide even room cooling.
Single-zone: Includes one indoor unit and one outdoor unit, designed for heating or cooling a single space.
Dual-zone: Includes two air handlers connected to a single condenser, designed for heating or cooling two separate areas.
Multi-zone: Includes multiple indoor units connected to a single outdoor unit, allowing heating or cooling of multiple areas independently.
